C<\/strong>ultivated for over a decade. Alicia’s simplistic perfection is a homage to the legacy of her predecessors. A true successor in the revolutionary Advanced Graphics Architecture<\/span> lineage. Now for the first time in Mini-ITX form factor <\/em>with real vintage silicon.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Home Computer Architectures of the early 90’s are often both innovative, spiritual and full of bugs! But more importantly it is a legacy worthy of honor and respect . Something we recognize sincerely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A<\/strong>licia1200<\/sup> rests upon the A<\/span>dvanced G<\/span>raphics A<\/span>rchitecture<\/em> introduced in 1992. With it’s revolutionary capabilities and performance it has been a haven for creative and artistic individuals to this day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With direct access to the most important stuff on the back of the board. Including DIN Keyboard & Mouse, <\/strong>standard DB9 Joysticks <\/strong>and DB15 RGB Video <\/strong>as well as R&L Audio ports<\/strong>. Keeping other essentials like 9-pin serial<\/strong>, parallel <\/strong>and floppy drive <\/strong>on internal headers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A standard 44-pin IDE <\/strong>and 22-pin Clock Port <\/strong>is also available. A dedicated Digital\/Analogue Video expansion Port (VP2)<\/strong> provides for flexible future video upgrades. Tornado V2 offers an 120-pin expansion bus<\/strong> for slim yet very powerful AGA systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just like our previous projects Alicia is a semi DIY-system<\/strong>. Meaning YOU the customer<\/span> get to put the icing on the cake. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
What we provide is a Printed Circuit Board<\/strong>, or PCB, with most <\/em>passive components pre-soldered<\/strong> (~450 pcs) on the board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This will be a learning experience! You actually have to  READ some documentation<\/strong> during this process. You might even make new acquaintances some of which become new friends.<\/strong>

You also have the opportunity to level up <\/strong>your soldering skills. Just go easy, pin by pin and you'll be fine. If soldering just isn't your game - recruit a friend <\/strong>to help you out.

Tornado <\/strong>is an innovative 120-pin expansion bus containing all important signals needed to expand the system with everything from Powerful Processors with RAM and IDE, RTG Graphics adapters or Network cards, basically anything your heart desires<\/em>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We’re already preparing for existing designs to be adopted <\/strong>to T2 for a fully optimized Mini-ITX AGA System! <\/strong>For cases when T2 version isn’t possible we also offer a slim high quality adapter <\/strong>offering card edge support<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Please note that this adapter should be viewed as a bonus option and generally not recommended.<\/span> Most available cards should work, however since we can’t test and verify everything – no guarantee is given<\/span> that a particular card will work. You\u2019ll also notice the reassuring “click” that confirms a secure fit every time. With a sturdy housing and built-in polarizing keys, they\u2019re a great choice for rack and panel connector applications.
